Role/ Department: The Senior Consultant, within Custody Client Services is responsible for supporting the controlled migration of in scope custody and Banking clients to the Northern Trust Irish Branch. The role provides structure, pace and transparency across a complex, cross-functional program while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes, operational readiness, risk management and regulatory delivery. Working as a highly collaborative individual contributor, the individual will coordinate multiple client migrations, workstreams and stakeholders across Client Services, Relationship Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Technology and other partner functions. The role ensures that plans, dependencies, decisions and client impacts are actively managed through to implementation and stabilisation. This role is ideal for a project management professional who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, partnering across functions and delivering meaningful change. It offers the opportunity to shape a significant client and operating model transition while strengthening expertise in custody, regulatory change and enterprise delivery. Coordinate and oversee Custody and Banking delivery activities associated with the Irish Branch migration project, ensuring effective alignment and execution in partnership with the Senior Project Manager. Develop and maintain an integrated migration plan covering client, operational, legal, regulatory, technology, data and change activities. Coordinate client-level and operational readiness and ensure migration requirements, decisions, risks and actions are clearly owned and progressed. Protect the client experience by aligning the future service operating model, communications, implementation activity and transition support. Provide clear governance, reporting and escalation to support timely decision-making and accountable delivery. Apply disciplined risk and control management throughout planning, execution, cutover and post-migration stabilisation. 1. Client Migration Ownership and Readiness Support the end-to-end migration of impacted custody and banking clients to the Irish Branch. Maintain a client migration inventory and status view, including scope, complexity, key contacts, milestones, document requirements, dependencies, risks and readiness criteria. Partner with Relationship Managers, Client Service Delivery Managers, Service Managers and other client-facing teams to understand each client’s business, servicing requirements and migration impacts. Coordinate proactive, clear and consistent client communications, ensuring queries, concerns and decisions are addressed or escalated promptly. Support client due diligence, service reviews, implementation discussions and the preparation of relevant management information where required. Ensure the proposed service operating model is understood, documented and aligned across the client and internal delivery teams. Provide enhanced oversight for complex or strategic client migrations and support a seamless transition into the Irish Branch service model. 2.
