Work You’ll Do As a Project - Manager, Forensics and Investigations on the project, you will:

Team

Leadership & Task Management: Supervise a team of 10–15 Personnel and Physical Security Specialists. Manage schedules, workloads, performance reviews, and ensure all contract deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Client Advisement & Close Support: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for government clients. Provide daily, on-site consultative support, briefing senior leadership on security posture, risk mitigation, and operational bottlenecks. Personnel Security (PERSEC) Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end clearance processing lifecycle. Resolve complex crossover issues, direct continuous vetting workflows, and ensure the team accurately utilizes Scattered Castles, DISS, and internal databases. Physical Security (PHYSEC) Oversight: Direct the processing and validation of Visitor Access Requests (VARs), badge issuance, and access control. Ensure all SCIF entry/exit protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are flawlessly executed. Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies across both PERSEC and PHYSEC domains. Design and implement new SOPs to accelerate clearance processing and streamline visitor control operations. Qualifications

Required : Bachelor’s degree. 8+ years of experience in Personnel Security or Physical Security oversight. 3+ years of experience leading or supervising a team in a security management environment. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required. Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Bethesda, MD and McLean, VA.
