You Are You are an early-career developer who has moved past tutorials and built things that actually run in production or close to it. You know the difference between code that works on your laptop and code that someone else can deploy, maintain, and extend six months later. When something breaks, you dig in. When requirements are unclear, you ask the right questions instead of guessing or waiting. You have written enough JavaScript and TypeScript to know when a component is getting too complicated, and you care about that. Working across front-end, back-end, and database layers does not intimidate you because you have done it before, even if not at scale. You learn by building, not by collecting certifications. Build and maintain full-stack web applications using the PANN stack: PostgreSQL, Angular, NestJS, and Node.js Implement features across the entire application layer, from UI components in Angular to API endpoints in NestJS to database schema changes in PostgreSQL Work with Prisma ORM to model data, manage migrations, and write clean database access logic Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into working software that solves real problems Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and orchestrate services in environments managed with Kubernetes, Nginx, and Apache Contribute to AI-enabled features including retrieval-augmented generation workflows, prompt engineering, and automation that pulls from internal knowledge repositories Support CI/CD pipelines and help maintain production systems through monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning The Impact You Will Have Your code will power internal platforms used daily by employees across Synopsys to get work done faster and more securely You will reduce manual effort and operational overhead by automating repetitive workflows and integrating disconnected systems The features you build will improve how teams access organizational knowledge, make decisions, and collaborate across functions Your contributions will help scale cybersecurity, compliance, and engineering operations across a 30,000-person global organization You will enable better data-driven decision-making by building intuitive interfaces that surface the right information at the right time Working in a small, high-impact team means your individual work will be visible and valued, not lost in a backlog You will help lay the foundation for scalable solutions that can be adopted across multiple business units as the platform grows What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience building and shipping web applications 5+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications, though stronger evidence of end-to-end delivery can matter more than years Hands-on experience with the PANN technology stack: PostgreSQL, Angular, NestJS, and Node.js in real projects, not just side
