Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Sector's Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking a Principal CIDO IT Program Manager or Sr. Principal CIDO IT Program Manager that will support the Business Lifecycle Solutions Portfolio. This is a remote/virtual position, but the selected candidate will need to be within driving distance to one of our facilities. This requisition may be filled at either a Principal CIDO IT Program Manager (T03) or Sr. Principal CIDO IT Program Manager (T04). The selected candidate will oversee multiple programs and projects in support of the CIDO mission. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Leading and working within a matrixed team. Effectively interact with members of the Corporate team, IT organizations, Sector, Division, and Program/Project leadership teams to optimize strategies in support of stated goals and objectives as applicable. Providing direction and leadership as a CIDO PM over enterprise activities in support of business functions to include strategy development, budget, schedule management, staffing, monitoring, and controlling program and project outcomes. Acting as the liaison between corporate and sector or functional senior management to ensure alignment of digital strategies, proposals (internal and external), developing requirements, and execution of plans to deliver against business requirements. Oversee product and service acquisition, delivery, teaming relationships, and communication activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions. Enabling the delivery of information systems and services to include design, development, and analysis. Focus on user experiences and high customer satisfaction ratings.
Key Responsibilities
