About you and the role As a HR Learning Manager based out in Navi Mumbai, you will l ead the Mumbai Learning Services team to execute on learning administration, content management, and Learning Management System (LMS) reporting — delivering defined service levels for the enterprise and serving as the operational backbone of the centralized Learning & Development (L&D) model. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Mumbai Learning Services team — performance management, skill development, and team capacity planning Oversee delivery of all learner support and administrative SLAs — access provisioning , RTW reinstatement, enrollment resolution, training plan management Manage content setup operations — new course setup, bulk updates, content archiving, lifecycle management execution Produce and deliver standard compliance reports and LMS analytics on defined cadence Manage team workload and capacity — flag demand spikes, resource constraints, and automation opportunities to LMS Management Escalate systemic process failures or SLA breaches to LMS Management and E2E Process roles Partner with LMS Management on Workday Learning administration — ensure team is trained and certified on platform Qualifications Bachelor's/ Master's degree with HR Specialization. 10-12 years of relevant experience in HR with at least 3 years of experience in leading offshore or shared services teams in HR . Strong operational management — SLA tracking, capacity planning, performance management Work experience in MNC and LMS administration expertise will be an added advantage Your Skills Critical Thinking Adaptability Change Management Clear Communication Continuous Improvement Additional notes: Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
