Previous Scrum master didn't even know what is a configuration item. Jira Admin expertise is preferred.   Story Point Assignment  Praveen created the claude skill and that that did an automatic Story Point assignment.   Coordination  I want my scrum master to lead from front in conjunction with the Site-specific PMs. They are from global team who will be responsible for each site, there's also a business process technical architect for each site.   Jira Dashboard  With Claude skillset, what I'm seeing is that we have just 1 dashboard where people can just see the work across 20 sites. So, people dont have to log into twenty dashboards. Praveen helped to create that one dashboard for twenty sites.    Integration keys  When we don't have an API keys, it becomes very difficult to do that integration. So that API keys has to be obtained for all the instances of 20 sites.   Scrum master should highlight such issues as blockers.   Environments  Scrum master should know how many environments are available for each application. Plan for the migration as part of the project    Epics/Tasks  Scrum master should suggest this cannot be epic and this should be tasks. This has to be just a board with a list of tasks.
