Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027. In addition to role-specific projects, you'll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations. This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business. Internship responsibilities may include: The Sales Support CPQ Engineering team (SDIT) is responsible for the development, customization, and support of the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform used by Charter's Sales organization. The team builds and maintains integrations between Salesforce, Netcracker, and downstream order management systems. We deliver custom product catalog configurations, pricing logic, qualification rules, and order workflows that enable Sales Reps to accurately quote and provision Charter's enterprise services. The team currently has zero FTEs dedicated to the new Netcracker CPQ application, creating a critical coverage gap as the platform enters active development. During the internship, the intern would support targeted CPQ engineering activities such as configuration updates, lower-complexity development tasks, integration analysis, test support, technical documentation, and knowledge capture. This approach allows the team to gain short-term delivery value, reduce reliance on contractor capacity for appropriate tasks, and create reusable documentation and artifacts that will benefit the team beyond the internship period. If the intern demonstrates strong aptitude and business need continues, the internship would also serve as an opportunity to evaluate potential for longer-term conversion. Support Netcracker CPQ configuration and development tasks for active delivery work Assist with analysis of integrations between Salesforce, Netcracker CPQ, and downstream systems Participate in testing, defect validation, and troubleshooting for CPQ-related changes Create and organize technical documentation, process flows, and knowledge transfer materials Help document product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting workflows Support backlog refinement, sprint deliverables, and
