The Naval Power (NP) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Contracts within the Naval Radar Systems portfolio. This role will support the execution of our SPY-6 Hardware Production and Sustainment (HP&S) contract and will closely partner with functional program team members to understand and support performance of contractual requirements. We are seeking a highly motivated, well-organized individual with effective analytical and interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment What You Will Do Multi-task routine contract activities while responding to unplanned quick response requirements as they emerge Draft complex contracts letters that communicate Raytheon’s business position effectively Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop and maintain business relationships Support the contract execution and general contract administration Work independently, yet recognize matters that require leadership review and buy-in Become highly proficient in contract management/administration actions on contracts across the acquisition life cycle What You Will Learn Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge Stakeholder Collaboration Program and Business Alignment Risk Assessment and Management Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Adaptability and Innovation Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field Experience with one or more of the following: Contracts Administration, Subcontracts, Procurement, Acquisitions, and /or Finance Qualifications We Prefer Experience with contract administration of U.S. Government Department of War (DoW) contracts including Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract types Professional presence complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills to partner and influence others effectively Ability to partner with others, work in a team environment, and defer to management as appropriate Comfortable working in an environment with established company policies and procedures Experience with SAP (APEX, Business Warehouse) What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
