Get started!     Requisition Summary We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong critical thinking skills. The team member will utilize his/her skill sets to perform financial analysis and reporting, identify process improvements and implement best practices as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchasing team and PACCAR Truck divisions.   Job Functions / Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze component cost change forecast and develop related reports and summaries, highlighting key cost drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities for margin improvement. Track, validate, and report cost savings initiatives against saving goals, ensuring accurate and timely savings measurement of results. Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business performance monitoring and decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, scenario modeling, and business case evaluations to support strategic and operational business needs. Prepare and update executive and management presentation materials, translating financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives and perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing business demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Advanced Excel skills required and interest in AI tools. Strong organizational, time management, research and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with “big picture” focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and others. Positive attitude and “can-do” approach to issue resolution.

BA in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of relevant work experience. MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus.
