This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of robotics and automation at an unprecedented scale, working with world-class teams pushing the boundaries of what's possible in robotic manipulation, locomotion, and human-robot interaction.  Key job responsibilities As a System Reliability Engineer you will enable development of robotic solutions optimized for availability, life cycle cost and performance. - Provide Design for Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability guidance to new product and solutions introduction teams - Develop reliability models for complex electro-mechanical systems - Develop RAM Models for Amazon products and systems - Develop Failure Modes Effects Analysis - Develop reliability test plans and data collection strategies - Assess vendor reliability data - Advocate for the customer during the design process on failure modes, fault diagnostics and impacts to product supportability - Design tool kits, identify custom tools and other support mechanisms for Robotic Systems - Develop lifecycle support strategies and mechanisms for new products - Ensure supportability requirements and concerns are addressed for field launch - Work to identify opportunities for improved maintenance strategies - Develop tools, and assist with processes to expand diagnostic capabilities improve ergonomics, and reduce troubleshooting time
