We are building a talent pool for future Technical Lead opportunities at Sysco Labs   Responsibilities:     D esign ing and develop ing enterprise solutions for one of the world’s largest corporations involved in the marketing and distribution of food products   Implement ing distributed and highly robust enterprise applications that scale for enterprise demands   Architect ing and implement ing scalable software solutions and document design decisions   Carry ing out detail ed technical designing of software solutions   Scop ing and break ing down user stories into clear and achievable technical tasks   Implementation of the technical design including coding, calling existing services, creating new components, etc.   Ensuring a h igh standard of engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics   Ensur ing engineering principles and related processes have adhered to   Providing constructive feedback to team members via code reviews and architectural reviews     Requirements:     A Bachelor’s D egree in C omputer S cience or a related field, or equivalent work experience   6+ years of experience developing production enterprise  applications and managing teams   Extensive, full-stack experience with web-based technologies and architectures such as RESTful APIs, microservices, HTML5, Java, Spring, JavaScript/ES6, Node.js, React, React Native, Angular   An i n-depth understanding of the technology stack, e.g.: HTTP, browser/JS engine architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, Linux and c ontainers/virtual machines   Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing highly available , scalable web applications   Familiar ity with a variety of software patterns and principles   Database skills – being able to understand the use cases for relational and non-relational data, such as implemented code against several different database platforms: RDBMS, NoSQL, and shared storage   Experience with DevOps practices and working with Cloud IaaS or PaaS providers such as AWS and Azure   Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes   A p roficient understanding of agile processes, CI/CD, and code versioning tools, such as Git   The a b ility to quickly learn new and existing technologies   Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills, and ability to exercise mature judgment     Benefits:     US dollar-linked compensation    Performance-based annual bonus    Performance rewards and recognition    Agile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposes    Paid birthday leave   Team engagement allowance    Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance Cover - extendable to parents and in-laws    Overseas travel opportunities and exposure to client environments    Hybrid work arrangement
