Operation Excellence Analyst

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and support continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain Assist in implementing and sustaining process improvements, including appropriate documentation, measurement, and change adoption. Support Functional Projects: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures, and actively track progress to completion. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to align objectives, share best practices, and ensure effective implementation of initiatives Change Enablement: Contribute to change management activities to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and tools Support the development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives for Operations Excellence programs, capabilities, and key projects. Develop engaging presentations, communications, and campaign materials that translate Operations Excellence initiatives into clear and compelling messages for different stakeholder groups.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, marketing/communications, process improvement, or related roles. Demonstrated ability to coordinate or manage cross-functional projects and drive actions to completion Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decisions Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail Job Title: Operation Excellence Analyst
