Join our Team About this opportunity We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of telecommunications deployment projects across complex and dynamic environments. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between Ericsson, our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and proactively resolving challenges to secure delivery performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Lead end-to-end execution of telecommunications deployment and construction activities. Act as the primary customer-facing operational lead for assigned projects and sites. Coordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met. Drive project performance across schedule, quality, budget, and operational objectives. Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve implementation challenges. Oversee planning, site readiness assessments, construction activities, supplier performance, and rollout execution. Ensure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance throughout implementation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through KPI management. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The skills you bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operations, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in telecommunications deployment, implementation, construction, or network operations. Proven experience managing large-scale deployment or implementation projects. Strong customer-facing experience and ability to manage executive and operational stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive accountability and ownership. Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party partners. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of project planning, workforce management, financial management, and KPI tracking. Understanding of Ericsson solutions and telecom deployment environments is considered an advantage.
