What You’ll Build As a working student, you will work closely with an innovative and motivated team of Customer Success Managers in MEE. You'll support the team and management across multiple dimensions of customer success and operational excellence.
Customer Enablement & Engagement: Prepare demonstrations, presentations, and videos for customer meetings and workshops, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and engagement. Content & Digital Assets Creation: Develop and edit high-quality digital content such as videos, landing pages, and presentation materials to support sales and enablement efforts. Best Practices & Process Optimization: Drive the development and implementation of best practices within the team and organization, while identifying and initiating measures to optimize operational processes. Operational Support: Assist with reporting, onboarding of new tools, administrative tasks, and day-to-day management support to keep the team running smoothly. Customer Success Coordination: Support customer meetings, workshops, and implementation activities to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
Currently enrolled: Bachelor's or Master's student at a university or university of applied sciences, remaining enrolled for at least 12 more months. Relevant background: Field of study in business processes and/or technologies – though we're open to any discipline if you're motivated to grow and succeed. Domain knowledge (optional): Background in finance, procurement, or supply chain management is a plus. Reliability & responsibility: Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of taking ownership of your own projects. Mindset & collaboration: Digital and flexible mindset with strong teamwork abilities and genuine desire to learn. Technical proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with experience in procurement systems, design, or video editing being advantageous. Language skills: Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
