About the Team and the Role: This role leads a team that develops strategic oversight and manages physical space daily. It ensures an environment encouraging efficiency, collaboration, and a premium employee experience. The Leader will balance data-driven occupancy planning with attentive partner engagement to optimize the global real estate footprint, aligning real estate strategy with business needs. Occupancy Planning & Space Management Maintain accurate occupancy, seat assignment, and space utilization data using workplace occupancy and space planning systems. Manage office and workstation inventory, vacancy tracking, and seating allocations. Collect, verify, and analyze headcount and space data, including current capacity and future projections, to support occupancy planning and space optimization. Develop occupancy scenarios and migration plans, assessing various options to provide data-driven recommendations that underpin real estate strategy. Conduct regular space audits to ensure data accuracy, workplace standards, and equipment allocation. Support strategic space planning initiatives tied to organizational growth, consolidations, and workplace renovations. Move Management & Project Coordination Lead the end-to-end execution of all Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities, from individual seat swaps to large-scale campus moves, and minor reconfigures. Develop detailed move plans, sequencing strategies, schedules, and communication plans. Anticipate operational risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts, proactively driving resolutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for business unit leaders, department heads and space captains regarding their specific space and growth requirements. Proactively communicate workplace changes, project timelines, and office updates to the broader employee base in collaboration with Communications team and business leads. Track project achievements and collaborator deliverables to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and within budget. Collaborator Partnership & Customer Experience Act as a key liaison between occupancy planning teams, Real Estate, Facilities partners, Design & Construction and business units. Find opportunities to automate manual occupancy tracking processes and improve reporting capabilities. Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all move and space management and occupancy planning functions. Build strong cross-functional relationships that foster collaboration and innovation. Coordinate reporting and metrics related to occupancy, utilization, and workplace trends to support portfolio strategy.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Occupancy Planning, Architecture, Interior Development, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Professional certifications such as IFMA (Facility Management Professional)
