Service Center Technician

Xylem is currently seeking a dedicated  Service Technician  to join our team at our Darwin workshop. As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a hands-on role in assisting with the servicing and repair of Xylem equipment—contributing to our mission of solving water-related challenges around the world.

Complete routine & emergency assessment and service/repair on our pumps and rental fleet across our leading brands including Flygt and Godwin pumps both on-site and in our service workshop Clean, strip, overhaul customer pump sets and products Read, interpret, and retain, instructions and technical drawings Inspect and test products prior to dispatch Provide timely and accurate advice and support to employees and customers on service, workshop, and product related issues both orally and in writing Maintain all relevant documentation and reports for work undertaken About you: Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, and interest in developing your skills Role would suit people from fitter and turner, mech fitter, mechanic, heavy diesel fitter or electrical trades Great attention to detail and time management skills Must be a good communicator with a great attitude Basic IT skills Benefits: Competitive salary + company bonus program Company-funded income protection insurance Subsidised health insurance for you and your immediate family 13% superannuation — above the standard Superannuation Guarantee Gym membership discounts and wellbeing benefits Additional leave entitlements Structured training and career development pathways Xylem Watermark volunteer program participation Culture At Xylem, our purpose-driven culture is focused on solving water challenges through innovation and collaboration.
