Description At Capital One India, we are at the cutting edge of building AI-led software products that solve fundamental business challenges using advanced data methodologies, statistics, and machine learning. Our Marketing as a Service (MaaS) for dealers team develops intelligent platforms that enable auto dealerships across the US to seamlessly run their digital marketing. We build products that help these dealerships create and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads. By leveraging deep expertise in US car dealership data—including inventory, loan applications, and marketing metrics—our AI and predictive models automatically optimize and personalize campaigns for each individual dealership. As the team driving these MaaS products, we own the end-to-end product lifecycle: understanding user needs, conducting business analysis, and engineering the right solutions to develop and maintain. To support this ecosystem, our team also builds robust monitoring and reporting infrastructure using tools like AWS, Snowflake, and Python. Our mission is to empower data-driven decision-making, foster limitless innovation, and help US auto dealerships grow their businesses through intelligent, automated advertising.
Role
Description General responsibilities include but are not limited to: Bridge business context with data-driven insights by partnering with cross-functional teams (business, data science, engineering, product) to define problems and shape analytical approaches. Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical questions, use cases, and structured solution approaches. Ensure models and analyses are grounded in real-world business context; validate outputs against expected behavior and refine hypotheses accordingly. Interpret and translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform business strategy. Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, through structured presentations and storytelling. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities to improve decision-making and policies. Support product adoption by helping users understand, trust, and act on analytical outputs. Act as a liaison between business users and the product team; gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in solutions and workflows.
