Job Description: Intel Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative, influential and experienced leader, responsible for initiating business engagement on new opportunities with new and existing advanced packaging and test customers, and closing sales opportunities. In this capacity, the primary focus for the leader will be to help build a world-class foundry business development and sales team with a service mindset, and be responsible for directly working with target customers to initiate and close on business engagements. . This role requires knowledge of fabless semiconductor market and customers comprehensive understanding of design and manufacturing solutions, and hands on experience in complex foundry business and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Intel Foundry advanced packaging and test sales plan and manage sales goals and budget for target accounts Create strategic business relationships and drive new revenue sources for the organization Negotiate strategic and complex design and manufacturing deals Collaborate with members of the IFS team and supporting organizations to ensure excellent customer experience across all customer interactions and requirements, from needs assessment to final delivery. Help recruit and hire sales staff, coach and grow IFS account teams' resources Manage customer demand forecast, and provide judged short and long term volume and revenue plans per customer to ensure supply planning Monitor the market and competitor technology, services, capacity for timely business sensing. Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction. Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team Develop and execute licensing and business agreements for design and manufacturing services Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
