Role
Overview The consultant will provide techno‑functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules , ensuring smooth financial operations, system stability, and alignment with business requirements. The role requires strong functional knowledge of Finance modules combined with hands‑on technical skills to design, customize, and support RICEW/CEMLI components.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Module Expertise → Configure, customize, and support modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. RICEW/CEMLI Development → Design and support Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows specific to Finance. Integration Support → Ensure smooth integration of Finance modules with SCM, Projects, and HRMS. Business Requirement Analysis → Translate financial business needs into functional and technical solutions. Issue Resolution → Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors. Documentation & Testing → Prepare functional/technical design documents, conduct SIT/UAT, and support deployments. Stakeholder Collaboration → Partner with finance users, functional consultants, and IT teams across geographies. Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of Oracle EBS R12 techno‑functional experience, with strong focus on Finance modules. Expertise in SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, OAF, Workflow . Deep functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM . Strong understanding of financial processes and cross‑module dependencies . Proven experience in RICEW/CEMLI development and support . Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Key Competencies Strong techno‑functional balance with ability to bridge Finance and IT. Customer‑centric mindset with focus on process efficiency. Ability to manage complex global environments and multiple priorities. Clear, structured communication for leadership and stakeholder engagement.
