Plans, Coordinates, performs product design, testing and/or analysis work for a complete project of moderate scope or for a significant portion or a sub-system of a major and diverse project. Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work to support personnel. Decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors. What Skills You Need
- Strong English skills (speaking and writing) - 2+ years in Product Design Engineering experience with proficiency in 3D CAD software - Understanding of hydraulic systems and Fluid power, able to read hydraulic schematics and Create specifications for hydraulic components (valves, motors, pumps, cylinder, etc.) - Experience analyzing data and making sound decisions - Experience trouble shooting and solving issues with technical problem-solving skills - Project management experience leading projects that consists of several team members - Strong communication skills, with the ability to excel on a cross-functional team - Ability to handle adverse situations with a positive attitude in order to find successful solutions - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in high pace environment - Creativity and Innovation What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with Creo (Pro-E), PDM Link and SAP - Familiar with Creo Piping & Cabling - Experience in sheet metal design & Weldments - Familiar with ALD software (Automation Studio, IPS, Creo Flow, Simsolid, etc) - GD&T knowledge Education
