Working closely with Project Managers, Design & Bid teams, Sales, and customers, you will provide operational, administrative, reporting, and documentation support throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity development and bid preparation through project execution and completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, maintaining data accuracy, ensuring documentation traceability, and contributing to project success through strong organization and analytical skills. Your main responsibilities Design & Bid Support Support project charter preparation during the quotation phase through handover to the execution team. Provide technical bid support, including requesting quotations from internal and external suppliers. Maintain data quality across Eaton systems and tools, including C360, dashboards, and project trackers. Prepare direct quotations for standardized offers where applicable. Support the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for project opportunities. Prepare project handover documentation in collaboration with Sales, Design & Bid Engineers, and Project Managers. Project Execution Support Maintain project charter data and ensure alignment with local ERP systems. Generate project reports and provide regular project status updates. Support revenue forecasting activities and project performance tracking. Accurately record productive hours for project team members, including Project Managers and Engineers. Provide weekly visibility of task status, project risks and opportunities, and team utilization. Documentation & Coordination Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and traceable within the SIS Document Management System. Manage distribution of project documentation internally, externally, and through customer portals where required. Follow up on customer approvals, comments, and supplier documentation requirements. Coordinate certificates, EHS documentation, access requirements, and identification records. Compile customer project documentation packages, including operation manuals, safety instructions, FMEA documentation, and project reports. Provide back-office support for active projects, including maintaining customer systems and tracking project objectives. Support special assignments and, when required, assist with site coordination activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience in project execution, project coordination, technical support, or a similar environment. Interest in developing knowledge of electrical power systems and Eaton products. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Power BI knowledge is highly desirable. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and platforms. Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Structured approach to problem-solving and process management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proactive, positive, and customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Right to work and willingness to travel freely within the European Union.
