Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports daily production by identifying issues early, completing maintenance tasks in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.                     3rd shift - 9:30 pm to 6:00 am Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing or plant equipment. Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions. Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs. Uses a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment. May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment. May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required. Required Knowledge and Experience:  Requires working knowledge of systems, techniques, tools and procedures typically obtained through prior related work experience, training, and/or education. Requires a 1+ years of relevant technical experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or automotive) Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and quality systems Ability to read and interpret work instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience with manufacturing equipment, tools Comfort with documentation and electronic manufacturing systems For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
