Your Impact
Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Systems is a key technology leader responsible for driving the delivery, optimization, and operational excellence of SAP on‑premise platforms that support critical business functions. This role owns the SAP on‑prem data migration strategy and leads SAP reporting and analytics capabilities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure high‑quality data, robust reporting, and scalable system performance.
The ideal candidate brings deep SAP on‑premise expertise, strong SQL skills, hands‑on experience with SAP BW and SAP BPC, and a proven track record of managing and developing high‑performing technical teams in fast‑paced environments. Familiarity with SAP cloud‑based data migration and reporting tools is a strong asset as we continue modernizing our enterprise application landscape.
What the Role Offers
SAP Data Migration & Governance
• Own and execute data migration strategies for SAP ECC/S/4 on‑prem systems as part of upgrades, system consolidations, acquisition integrations and divestitures
• Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and cutover activities with strong adherence to IT controls and data governance
• Manage migration tooling and frameworks, including SAP LSMW, SAP BODS and SQL‑based reconciliation processes
• Govern migration standards, playbooks, and controls to ensure data accuracy, traceability, auditability, and compliance
• Direct the effective use of SAP on‑prem migration tools and coordinate with ETL frameworks as needed
