The Opportunity
To support our continued growth, we have created a new headcount for a Sales Development Manager to join our Wound Closure team in NSW. Based in Sydney, the role is primarily focused on driving growth of the Wound Closure portfolio by leading strategic customer and hospital conversions, building long-term relationships with HCPs, and delivering tailored solutions that improve customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Accelerating business growth by driving adoption of the Wound Closure portfolio and delivering outstanding sales results across key accounts Cultivating trusted partnerships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences and long-term loyalty Identifying and unlocking new opportunities through strategic account planning, deep customer insights, and tailored solutions that address evolving healthcare needs Collaborating with Marketing, Professional Education, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative customer programs that drive meaningful clinical and business outcomes Championing a culture of innovation and excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives, strengthening product expertise, and delivering value beyond the product About You Proven hospital sales experience within medical devices and preferably experience working in the operating theatre environment, with the ability to drive product adoption and commercial growth Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage Surgeons, Nurses, Procurement teams and other Healthcare Professionals Excellent communication, presentation and clinical education skills, with confidence delivering product training and in-service programs Ability to understand and communicate scientific, clinical and medical technology concepts effectively, is highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong collaborative nature to work as a team, self-starter with the ability to function independently as a field-based representative Why Choose Us Competitive remuneration package Continuous training and support Award-winning leadership development programs Inclusive, flexible, and accessible working arrangements Equal opportunity employer supporting diversity and inclusion Our Benefits Up to 18 weeks of parental leave to support new
