About this role
Scopely is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT team in Seville on an on-site basis, working 4-5 days a week from the hub.
At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
The IT/Ops team keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly and we make sure all teams are equipped and connected - whether across the office or halfway around the world. AV struggles? Don’t worry, we’ve got this.
What You Will Do
This role provides dependable, hands-on support for our people, devices, applications, and workplace technology. You will be a trusted first point of contact, owning requests through resolution and helping create a smooth, secure, and positive support experience.
• Be employees' first point of contact via service desk, email, chat and in person
• Triage, prioritize, and own tickets in Jira through resolution, with accurate details and timely communication
• Troubleshoot complex workstation, connectivity, and collaboration-tool issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android; escalate with clear context when needed
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning/deprovisioning
• Administer identity and access tools: Google Workspace, Okta, JumpCloud, Microsoft 365
• Configure and secure devices using endpoint-management tools (MDM)
• Support office connectivity, VPN, meeting rooms, and AV setups
• Maintain organized equipment storage and accurate inventory records
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles
• Use AI tools responsibly to speed up ticket handling and knowledge discovery
• Spot recurring issues and drive process, automation, and self-service improvements
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of IT support or service desk experience
• Experience with macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, peripherals, and business applications
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom, and endpoint management
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management or a comparable ticketing platform
• Experience using AI tools in IT operations with an understanding of responsible use, privacy, and human oversight
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills; able to work independently
• A service mindset: empathy, patience, and good judgment in explaining technical topics clearly
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Strong English communication skills
Bonus Points
• Experience with Jamf Pro, Meraki, NinjaOne/NinjaRMM, or similar endpoint/network-management platforms
• Basic scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• IT service management, endpoint, cloud, or security certification
