 You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations Mgr for the Project Management & Planning Operations team. Our team is responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating recruitment and training, managing budgets and schedules, monitoring project performance, and reporting metrics.

As the Project Management & Planning Operations Mgr you will be responsible for driving project success across the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessment of project staff. Manage project budgets, schedules, and status reporting to senior leadership. Monitor project issues, develop resolutions, and ensure quality and client‑satisfaction goals are met. Report supply‑chain metrics, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior‑level internal customers. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. Basic Qualifications
