Your  R ole  and   I mpact

As a Retail Floor Manager you will assist in overseeing daily store operations and lead the sales team by example. Your primary objective is to support the store’s sales goals, guide and motivate team members, and ensure high levels of customer service and store standards. By acting as a role model for your team and handling day-to-day operational tasks, you will ensure efficient operations and contribute to a positive customer experience.

K ey R esponsibilities

Guide, mentor, and motivate sales associates to meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked, setting an example for the team.

Actively participate  in sales,  demonstrating  best practices to the  team  and contributing to store sales targets.

Support management with inventory tasks, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with company policies.

Keep an up-to-date awareness of competitors.

Work with a team-first mindset   and contrib ute  to an inclusive environment.

What  W e  A re  L ooking  F or   I n   Y ou

Minimum of 3 years of retail experience (ideally sports/fashion) including team leadership/supervisory roles

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and  Italian

Good analytical skills,  c onsumer-first mindset and performance-driven attitude

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Passion for the adidas brand

Proficient with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer software (Internet, POS Systems, etc.)
