As part of Bose’s Global Finance & Business Navigation team, you will work closely with colleagues across functions and regions to deliver data-driven insights that support sound decisions and sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to take on a visible role with   real business   impact in a global organization.   In this role, you will contribute to financial planning, performance analysis, reporting, and business recommendations for the Automotive business unit. You will help shape decisions through forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling across revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and capital—while building strong partnerships with leaders across the business.   The role offers a broad view of the business, meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to work on complex challenges in a dynamic automotive environment. Analyze sales   and   gross margin   results and   forecasts to   identify   trends, risks, and opportunities   Support the month-end close process by reviewing P&L statements, investigating variances,   buildi ng   presen tations   and responding to leadership questions   Support annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts for Automotive BU   operating   expenses, ensuring   timely   completion and clear presentation to senior leadership   Ensure subsidiary transfer pricing is set up correctly and transactions flow properly in SAP   Partner   with   S ales   teams   in   develop ing   produ ct   pr ic ing   reco mmendations   when   bidding on   new business   opportu n it ies   Partner with cross-functional teams   to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry disruption,   to   build   long-r ang e   financial   and b usiness   models   a nd projec tions   for   us e   in   evaluatin g   and prior itiz ing   new products, market segments, business models, and   resea rch inves tments   Lead process improvement   and   automation efforts to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting, analysis, and forecasting   incl uding   lev eragi ng of   A I     Qualifications   Bachelor’s or   Master’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent internationally recognized qualifications will be considered   7 + years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis, preferably in the automotive industry, manufacturing, or a global matrixed organization   Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and the ability to work effectively within   global corporation   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations   High learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly build knowledge of Bose Automotive products, customers, and operating model   Strong written and verbal
