About This Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Travel Operations Lead to oversee and elevate CrowdStrike's global corporate travel function from our Pune office. In this role, you will lead a team of Travel Analysts, drive operational excellence across end-to-end travel workflows, and serve as a strategic partner to Finance, HR, and executive leadership in managing travel spend, compliance, and traveler safety. Leadership & People Management Mentorship & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Corporate Travel Analysts, driving a customer-centric and high-performance culture. Operations & SLAs: Manage daily workload distribution, task assignments, and shift coverage while setting clear goals, KPIs, and tracking team SLAs. Escalations & Hiring: Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex travel issues and partner in hiring, onboarding, and talent retention strategies. Travel Operations & Strategy End-to-End Travel Management: Oversee complete workflows for domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and executive/VIP bookings. Policy Compliance & Auditing: Enforce, refine, and audit global travel policies to ensure adherence to company budgets and operational SOPs. Duty of Care & Compliance: Oversee traveler safety tracking, emergency response protocols during global disruptions, and manage visa/passport processes. OBT Administration: Supervise the administration, configuration, and user adoption of Online Booking Tools (e.g., Navan, SAP Concur, Amex GBT). Helpdesk & System Optimization: Drive continuous tool integrations with IT, improve user profile management, and maintain high support standards for employee queries. Supplier Negotiations: Cultivate strategic relationships with TMCs, airlines, hotel chains, and car rental partners to secure competitive rates. Financial Processing: Manage central billing, virtual payment workflows, expense reconciliation, and budget reporting alongside Finance, HR, and Legal teams. Spend Reporting & Insights: Analyze travel data, track budget variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present actionable reporting to executive leadership. What You’ll Need:
