Tech Summary The Learning Technology team supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning solutions and technologies that enable workforce education and training. Working closely with learning, technology, business, and vendor partners, the team provides technical support, system enhancements, reporting, and operational services that help ensure an effective learning experience across the organization. This position plays a key role in the design, development, implementation, and support of learning technology solutions, including SharePoint-based tools, automation capabilities, reporting processes, data integrations, and learning content delivery. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, support system performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies. In addition, the position provides technical leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives that support reliable and scalable learning technology services Job Summary: This senior level employee is primarily responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into software solutions, for contributing to and leveraging the technical direction for the development of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions, and for serving as a technical expert for project teams while providing consultation to help ensure new and existing software solutions are developed.
