We are proud to be a Disability Friendly Workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment for all our employees What you’ll do: The FP&A Senior Analyst will coordinate closing and forecasting activities across the EMEA region, supporting the consolidation of financial information for the ES EMEA sector. The role will also oversee the creation and maintenance of reporting templates and support alignment between the Functional, Commercial, and Manufacturing finance teams. • Coordinate and centralize the EMEA region’s closing and forecasting activities. • Drive alignment among the Functional, Commercial, and Manufacturing Finance teams throughout the sector consolidation process. • Lead and coordinate the preparation of sector bridges in collaboration with the broader FP&A team. • Perform capitalized variance analysis, develop simulations, and process the related accounting entries. • Review and validate IPI results. • Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of reporting templates for EMEA and its business units. The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as business needs arise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3 or more years of relevant work experience in Accounting, Finance. Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately and translate it into key insights, drivers, and commentary. Experience with data analytics and analyzing complex datasets." Demonstrates a growth mindset and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, with other European languages considered an advantage.
