Responsibilities
This is a job opening for a Supply Chain Analyst reporting to Supply Chain Operations team within Keysight’s Order Fulfilment (OF) organization. We are looking for candidates who have strategic thinking and outcome-based mindset to apply for this job. The successful candidate will be the spearhead of IST/COE revenue for Keysight including develop the processes and reports for accurate revenue projection with complex accounting rules and solution business contract. The job roles include to lead key initiatives within supply chain and order fulfilment, working closely with cross functional team of engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and businesses to achieve strategic and organizational results.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for revenue projection for software, hardware and system solutions Analyze revenue levers Provide recommendations to OF and Planning Manager Identifying revenue gaps Identify opportunities and risk as well as provide regular update to management team. Providing alerts and necessary mitigation plans. Work with cross functional team to execute to meet the revenue target. Lead the design of processes and reports to support revenue projection and goal. Digitize the processes and reports for timely reporting. Proliferate the processes and reports to new business. Execute management direction for programs related to important business operations to meet strategic goals of significance within the defined timeline. Team leader and will be expected to lead major or large-scale projects of supply chain which involves cross-functional teams. Work collaboratively with others to create “1+1=3” opportunities. Lead brainstorming, exercise judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Represent the assigned COE to communicate and managing upward and downward information flow within its own team or cross functional team to achieve plans and objectives. Focal escalation to be effectively solve problems, remove barriers and drive efficiencies to meet business toplines, inventory optimizations or deliverables as stated in any assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years working experience in supply chain planning and program/project management experience will be added-advantage. Strong communication (verbal and written ability) and analytical skills with business accumbent to drive for business results. Strong leadership skill with sense of urgency, accountability & ownership, high energy and enthusiasm even under dynamic conditions. Proactive and apply outside-in knowledge as well as proactively to act upon opportunities and challenges to bring results for the organization. Solid organizational skills include attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Oracle and Order Management business knowledge experience are required. Able to work well in a team and independently, willing to learn and work hard and lead where required.
