1. Platform Enablement & Automation Design and implement foundational cloud platform components in Azure Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Azure CLI, and PowerShell (Az module) Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to enable self-service capabilities for engineering teams Build reusable templates and frameworks for standardized cloud adoption 2. Cloud Infrastructure & Networking Design and manage Azure networking components including: Virtual Networks (VNets)Network Security Groups (NSGs)Load Balancers and Application GatewayExpressRoute and hybrid connectivity Ensure secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures Support integration between cloud and on-premises environments 3. Identity, Security & Governance Implement and manage Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) , including: Azure Active Directory (AAD)Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)Managed IdentitiesConditional Access Policies Ensure adherence to security best practices and governance standards Support identity lifecycle and access control policies across cloud environments 4. Monitoring, Observability & Reliability Implement monitoring solutions using: Azure MonitorLog AnalyticsApplication Insights Configure alerts, dashboards, and diagnostics for infrastructure and applications Ensure proactive monitoring and operational visibility across environments 5. DevOps & CI/CD Enablement Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using: Azure DevOpsGitHub Actions Enable automated deployments for infrastructure and application workloads Integrate automation workflows using Azure Automation and Logic Apps 6. Troubleshooting & Operational Support Diagnose and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and platform issues Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures Support platform stability, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts 7. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, network, DevOps) Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of platform standards and best practices Act as a technical advisor for cloud architecture and platform enablement initiatives 8.
