Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Your New Role: We are seeking a Media Engineering Manager to lead the technical evolution of Keystone , an internal production technology platform that serves as the front door to the content supply chain. Keystone supports productions from initial intake through final asset delivery, connecting production teams, vendors, QC, localization, media operations, and internal distribution systems. This role sits at the intersection of media engineering, software development, post-production operations, and platform delivery. The Media Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a development team, designing scalable media workflow solutions, supporting intersystem integrations, and ensuring Keystone continues to meet the needs of a growing portfolio of shows, users, vendors, and operational workflows. This role requires a hybrid skill set: deep AV media engineering expertise , traditional hands-on-keyboard software development capability, and the ability to lead engineers in a complex, business-critical production environment. This is not a traditional enterprise application role. Keystone is a complex, operationally critical platform used daily by internal and external teams working under tight production schedules, high asset volume, and strict delivery requirements.
