As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in high‑impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes.

You’ll be an integral part of our Wellness Team, which operates at a global scale and partners closely with leadership and business stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives that support MassMutual’s strategy. The Impact As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in high‑visibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes. This is a high‑visibility position that requires collaboration across diverse teams and strong delivery leadership.
