Company: Mercer Description: Under direction from senior consultants or project managers, assists on client projects by researching Workday issues/trends, evaluating Workday practices and process, and analyzing data that can be used by senior team members to draw conclusions.Assists in loading data, testing and validating applications, configuring applications. Assists in writing and structuring client presentations/reports to create summary reports.Drafts initial conclusions for review by senior consultants or project managers that can be presented to clients. Assists senior consultants in developing new business opportunities with existing clients by customizing pre-existing proposal materials to draft RFPs.
