As a Management Consultant Intern, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to solve complex business challenges, build relationships with clients, and deliver meaningful results. Our internship program combines hands-on client work, professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth. You'll begin your internship with onboarding and training before joining a project team, where you'll contribute to real client work that creates measurable impact.

Depending on your client engagement and project, your responsibilities may include: Conducting research and analysis to solve business problems Supporting stakeholder interviews and workshops Documenting requirements, meeting outcomes, and key decisions Developing recommendations and presenting findings to project teams and client stakeholders Supporting project planning, execution, and risk management activities Synthesizing data into actionable business insights Creating presentations, reports, and other client-facing deliverables Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes What Makes This Role Unique Management Consulting interns work across a variety of business challenges and industries. Projects may focus on areas such as: Business strategy and transformation Program and project management Organizational change management Customer and employee experience Marketing and commerce strategy Process improvement and operational effectiveness This role is ideal for students who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working directly with people, and translating ideas into tangible results.

 $30 - $33/hr Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
