What awaits you?

Supervise and review operational performance through measures such as Productivity, Quality, Volume targets and absenteeism on a daily basis. Monitor progress against set timelines in order to meet the production targets and verify a structure problem solving approach. Based on agreed targets, conduct resource planning & rotation plan and set targets for PS, ensure goals are cascaded down to the associate level. Responsible for all aspects of department operations include disciplinary leadership, target achievement/forecasting, increase productivity, KPI-tracking, people development, continuously improvement, acting effectively under unforeseen situations and ensuring that the BMW Work Organization is maintained in daily business. Responsible to assure all the assembly processes are adhered to ISO 9001/ ISO14000/ OHSAS 18001 audit standards and according to BMW Group standards.

Ensures that all associates within area are informed regarding hazards and appropriate preventative / corrective actions to processes and ensure that personal protection equipment, special equipment and protective clothing is available, implemented and used, to ensure the safety of the associates.

What should you bring along?

Minimum 5 years working experience in production in automotive business is advantage

Leadership and team-building skills. Conflict Management Skills. Strong commitment to targets and schedules. Presentation and Communication skills to management level as well as shop floor. Technical and analytical and Problem Solving skill. Knowledgeable in Manufacturing principles, Quality management tools and Standards Risk Management capability and Time management. English verbal and written proficiency.
