About the Role

As an Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact. You’ll deliver professional, accurate, and efficient service, ensuring our clients’ needs are met and exceeded. In addition to nurturing existing relationships, you’ll proactively identify opportunities to grow your portfolio and bring in new business. You will collaborate and work closely with the business and wider corporate and specialty teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare tailored proposals for new business opportunities, showcasing Aon’s value to prospective clients. Coordinate client renewals, including premium calculations and policy reviews. Provide support and mentorship to colleagues, sharing your expertise and helping to develop the next generation of broking talent. What We’re Looking For You’re a natural relationship builder, someone who earns trust and respect through clear communication and genuine care. Your background in insurance, specifically managing a corporate book, means you understand the complexities of the field and can confidently navigate client needs. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: A New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and present effectively.
