Strong understanding of indirect tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across relevant jurisdictions. Ability to support advisory engagements by analyzing tax positions, identifying risks, and recommending practical solutions. Experience in handling litigation matters under indirect tax laws, including drafting, research, and case support. Capability to interpret statutory provisions, notifications, circulars, and case laws for accurate tax application. Solid general consulting skills to contribute effectively to tax engagements and client deliverables.
