Partner with the best As Construction Manager, You will supervise and coordinate all supplier’s activities related to Prefabrication, Fabrication and Construction of Modules, located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD), Italy. You will coordinate the supplier and workers’ foremen engaged in construction execution. You will acts as a liaison between supplier, contractors and client representative(s), ensuring schedule is executed in safety, quality and time. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for: Following standards of safety and comply with BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements. Coordinating and participating in construction process supporting supplier during execution phase, ensuring work is correctly prepared prior to any activity. Monitoring and develop regular redesign of processes due to changes or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context Assisting the site QA/QC team, supporting them in the preparation of non-conformance reports and assists in developing corrective actions. Coordinating with Customers’ representatives for the resolution of field problems and with subcontractors to ensure correct communication flow. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: +5 years of experience in operations and construction management Have a degree in Engineering or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications regarding the production environment / operations management / construction activities. Have the willingness to become an Ambassador of Baker Hughes values: Lead, Collaborate, Grow and Care. Have a degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the workplace health and safety highest standards. Show proven experience with fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and control (including NDT requirements) in the O&G industry. Show Extensive knowledge of quality industry standards including AWS, ASME, API and knowledge of NDE methodologies. Have knowledge of welding equipment and procedure specification, welder approval processes, material and compliance of workplace health and safety standards. Have experience in working in complex organizations. Demonstrate significant knowledge of quality industrial standards. Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit. Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical information to customers.
