You will architect and develop test automation frameworks, drive quality assurance initiatives, and leverage AI tools to enhance testing capabilities and accelerate delivery timelines. This role requires strong technical skills,   leadership skills , and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced Agile environment.   What   you’ll   do:   Design, plan, execute, and automate software testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.  Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, test data, procedures, and scripts.  Lead the creation and ownership of test specifications, strategies, and automation for Agile scrums, including the definition and implementation of long-term QA strategies aligned with organizational goals.  Provide input on high-level test scenarios, risks, challenges, resource needs, and test estimates during planning sessions; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.  Collaborate with technical leaders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand new product requirements and coordinate work across multiple project phases or complex assignments.  Lead quality assurance initiatives using available test frameworks and tools, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.  Champion innovation by integrating new technologies and driving process improvements through best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.  Own the automation strategy: build and optimize automation frameworks, develop libraries and tools, simulate user stories, and leverage existing tools for both new feature testing and ongoing maintenance.  Ensure adherence to testing best practices, standards, and provide process guidance and governance for software product testing.  Establish and track relevant QA metrics to measure team performance, test coverage, and product quality; contribute to management reporting by providing actionable test metrics.  Mentor, coach, and motivate QA team members, fostering a high-performing team environment, supporting career development, and conducting code reviews.  Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance quality, timelines, and resource constraints to deliver high-quality products.  Utilize AI tools and technologies to strengthen test automation, increase efficiency, and accelerate delivery timelines.  Drive process improvements and champion the adoption of new technologies within the QA function.  Must Have:   6 - 8 years of experience in IT or business environments testing highly scalable applications, with significant experience designing automation platforms and writing automated tests.  Proficiency in Selenium and Cucumber.  Strong Java programming skills.  Extensive experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAPUI), including the ability to write code for test creation.  Ability to independently manage projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.  Experience in estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination of testing activities within a Scrum environment.

Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes) and integrating test suites with tools in DevOps/CICD pipelines.  Experience in writing SQL queries, procedures, and function.
