Regional Manager of Community Engagement

Playing a positive role in the communities where we operate is equally important to us. Meta is hiring two Regional Managers to lead teams within our data center Community Engagement organization, with a preference for one based in the Western United States and one in the Eastern United States. Each Regional Manager will oversee a team of Community Engagement Managers responsible for driving community development initiatives across their assigned region.

In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment across site selection, operations, policy, communications, and public affairs to advance local community strategies. You will also serve as a critical internal connector, ensuring company priorities are reflected in regional engagement efforts.
