Work you'll do As an Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. Setting our people up for success is a priority, and we are currently recruiting Data Management Solutions Analysts whose skills and interests align with the below description: Data Management Solutions Analyst This Analyst manages and optimizes data solutions to support clients and legal counsel. Preserves, maintains, and analyzes large data sets using strong data analysis and database management skills. Delivers expertise across data integration, quality management, governance, and analytics to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making. A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice serves government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other public sector organizations. Required: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, In formation Systems, or an equivalent program Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required) You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in
