Three Stacks Supervisor

The QSR, Quick Service Restaurant, Supervisor oversees the day to day activities of assigned F&B outlet and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Directly supervise all personnel and operations during assigned shifts. Ensure all activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policies, procedures, and goals. Properly schedule employees in accordance with customer volumes. Resolve customer claims or other disputes between subordinate employees in a fair and patient manner. Seek ways in which to reduce departmental operating costs without affecting the quality of beverage or service. Keep the Multi-Outlet Manager informed of all pertinent information and irregularities occurring in the Department. Make sure prompt, courteous service is consistently provided to all customers and that employees always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Interact effectively with all other departments. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Must be able to obtain a required Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License. WAGE $22.00/hr
