If you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply!   Job Requirements Analyzes management information and reviews business results with finance team.  Provide sophisticated financial modeling for business decision making. Coordinate and prepare the monthly forecasting and variance analysis for the region, covering volume, revenue, variable cost, and overall variable margin, STA. Conduct outlier and trend analysis on customer, product and regional margin results. Evaluate monthly actual results and deviations from forecasts. Support the preparation of materials for the regular reviews with management team meetings. Conduct annual budgeting process by providing input and analysis for regional VM, NWC, STA. Assist management in budget review sessions with clear financial justifications and scenario analysis Prepare and analyze Net Working Capital forecasts to support cash flow optimization. Conduct month review with management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate the monthly forecasting and variance analysis for the Asia Pacific sites manufacturing costs region. Support the Global manufacturing finance lead on preparation of monthly analysis. Coordinate with commercial and product manager on pricing support and margin impact analysis Build, maintain and enhance finance dashboard for real-time performance monitoring. Respond to ad-hoc business requests with timely and accurate financial information. Competencies Strong knowledge of financial principles and their applications. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting and budgeting. Ability to make decisions and take initiative in the absence of perfect information. Ability to respond to issues quickly and effectively. Ability to respond and adapt to changing work situations and environments. Ability to build trust and gain support of personnel across the organization. Strong computer skills including, Microsoft excel, powerpoint, power query and other advanced analytical tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

University degree in Finance or Accounting and/or MBA with emphasis in Finance.
