Job Title : Inventory Management Support B Job Code: 42170 Job Location: Waco, TX Job Schedule: 9/80 Regular Job Description: The Inventory Management Support position plays a crucial role in maintaining stock accuracy, streamlining supply chain workflows, and preventing costly operational disruptions like stock outs or overstock. Essential Functions: Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks supporting the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Prepare and maintain records of shipped products and track shipments. Receive incoming materials, unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Verify quantity, weight, and condition of materials to stated identification. Maintain record of received goods, processes freight bills, packing sheets and other documents. Stock and distribute materials in inventory and on receiving line. Lift heavy items and operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, scissor lifts and forklifts upon receipt of internal certification. Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety Requirements. May perform crate shop functions such as operating power saws and nail guns in building skids and crates. Quality conscious with accurate counting ability for inventory compliance. On-Call availability. Must be able to report within 1 hour. Able to meet short notice travel requirements. Able to meet short or no notice overtime requirements Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Able to work any shift and overtime when needed.

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance which requires U.S. citizenship. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in aircraft. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
