SENIOR IT LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGY As a Senior IT Transformation & Integration Manager, you'll lead the IT agenda for strategic projects, subsidiaries, and business units, ensuring business value, scalability, and effective execution. Leveraging your broad IT expertise, you'll translate business needs into clear roadmaps, recommendations, and actionable plans for senior stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor and communication lead, you'll drive alignment across business teams, local and global IT functions, and leadership to successfully deliver transformation initiatives. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL MANAGEMENT You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, local IT teams, suppliers, and central IT functions.
