We are hiring a seasoned and highly motivated Solution Architect to lead the architecture, governance guardrails, and secure adoption of the Microsoft 365 collaboration and content platform, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and productivity capabilities (OneDrive, Office apps, automation). The role will define and maintain platform guardrails (policies, standards and processes) in alignment with the corporate-wide standards for content management, data protection and identity/access policies.
You will be a key contributor in agile product teams, shaping the platform roadmap and ensuring solution designs are scalable, compliant, secure and usable—while also aligning the products with the organization’s AI strategy and enabling adoption, including Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and agent integration across the enterprise.
This position blends deep technical expertise with the ability to communicate clearly at both technical detail and executive/business outcome levels.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years working with Microsoft 365; in depth understanding of content collaboration and productivity aspects of M365
• 2-4 years progressive experience in solution architecture
• Technical Skills: SharePoint Online architecture; Microsoft Teams collaboration architecture, solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and authorization patterns: group-based access, role-based administration concepts, identity governance including access reviews and lifecycle governance; Microsoft Graph and integration patterns; Power Platform (Power Automate), governance of connectors and automation
• Experience with enterprise-scale tenant governance, M&A collaboration onboarding, and complex stakeholder environments
• Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and governance, including service boundary considerations and dependency on tenant permissions.
• Copilot Studio fundamentals: connectors/tools to integrate agents with business systems; publishing agents to SharePoint/Teams channels.
• Very good communication skills - ability to communicate with different audiences, both with deep technical articulation and high‑level executive abstraction
• Strong stakeholder management within technology teams and across business units and geographies
• Experience working in agile product models and with tools like Atlassian suite
• Comfortable in highly regulated, complex, global enterprise environments
• Nice to have: Experience with LeanIX; exposure to and understanding of TOGAF principles; experience and understanding of SAFe Agile framework, certification is a plus
