Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.     *Responsibilities:     Develop modern, responsive, and performant web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.   Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.   Design and implement RESTful APIs and services with Node.js and Express.js.   Manage application state effectively, using tools like Redux or Context API.   Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.   Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.   Integrate third-party services and APIs.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance and security issues.   Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.   Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.     * Mandatory skill sets     Proven experience as a React.js and Node.js developer or in a similar full-stack development role.   Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.   Solid experience with React.js ecosystem: hooks, components, state management (Redux, Context API).
